前SEC官员：美国司法部很快将公布或提起与币安有关的起诉书:金色财经报道，美国证券交易委员会前互联网执法主管John Reed Stark表示，Binance.US于8月14日请求保护令，以防止证券监管机构提出过高要求，其理由可能并不可靠。Stark补充说，SEC此前获得了针对Binance.US的同意令或临时限制令。这意味着法院必须比平时更快地解决纠纷，尽管这个过程是常规的。Stark还预测，法官Amy Berman Jackson将把此事移交给地方法官，这在当天晚些时候发生了。
